When you submit a booking we collect the contact and vehicle details you enter on the form (such as name, phone, email, vehicle, and the service you're requesting). When you submit a review we collect the name and review text you provide. We do not ask for payment information on this website.

This site does not run third-party advertising trackers. Basic request information may be processed by our hosting platform to operate and secure the site.

Booking submissions are used to contact you about scheduling, pricing, and follow-up for the service you requested. Review submissions are held for moderation and are only displayed publicly after we approve them; reviews are not published automatically.

We do not sell customer information.

Bookings and unapproved reviews are not publicly readable on this site. Only authorized staff accounts at H&D Prestige Detailing can view, update, or moderate them. Access is enforced server-side using role-based rules on our backend, not just in the browser.

The website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted to our backend over an encrypted connection.

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service, follow up afterwards, and meet routine business record-keeping needs. Reviews that are not approved may be removed during moderation. You can ask us to delete information you submitted by contacting us using the details below.

This website is built and hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides the underlying infrastructure, database access controls, and HTTPS delivery. H&D Prestige Detailing is responsible for how customer information is collected, used, and moderated on this site, and for the accuracy of the content on this page.
